It was pretty easy. Once I submitted my information they were quick to respond with an offer, I submitted my paperwork and less than 14 days my rate went from 15.99 to 9.25 which saves me almost $200 a month. At least I'm in the single digits and will refinance again in 6-12 months. They are legit in finding a financial institution with better rates.
