How cancellation works

Canceling your product means you will no longer have protection that your contract provides. To begin a request, please complete the form below.

02. Sign your documents
We will email you a vendor cancellation request which requires your approval and signature before being sent to the vendor for processing.

03. Processing your cancellation
The refund process can take up to 4-8 weeks, as we work with external parties to complete these requests and determine the status of your loan.

Need to cancel a product you purchased?
To begin cancelling your GAP Coverage, Vehicle Service Contract, Key Replacement, or Cosmetic Care Plan, please fill out the cancellation form.
What happens to your refund
All cancellations are sent directly to your lender, not to us. All refunds are pro-rated.
If your loan is still open:
Your lender will apply any refund credit to your outstanding loan balance.
If your loan is paid off:
Your lender will either send the refund to you directly or apply it to another open account you have with them.
